ABOUT MOVIMENTUM:

Movimentum is the leading token marketing agency for content creation on CoinMarketCap, working with companies like Avalanche, Magic Eden, Sonic and many other projects. From the minds of two founders in 2023, the company has grown to over 20 members from all over the world in less than 2 years. Our mission is to make sure worthy tokens get the visibility, momentum, and the narrative they need to win.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take ownership of outreach and top-of-funnel activity, by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential leads.
  • Initiate first contact through cold DMs, social channels, and other outreach methods to spark interest.
  • Schedule qualified prospects into discovery calls with the closing team.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to keep conversations warm and prevent drop-offs before the handover.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team in weekly syncs to share feedback on lead sources, message angles, and market response.
  • Manage your schedule independently, leveraging time-blocking and CRM tools to track conversations, follow-ups, and booked calls.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be a proficient English speaker.
  • Must have at least 2 years of direct experience in outreach, lead generation, or Business Development roles.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneur-like drive. You don’t wait to be told what to do, you hunt, learn, and bring in opportunities.
  • Past experience in setting qualified meetings is a big bonus, however we prioritise the right attitude and consistency.
  • Not afraid to engage in high-volume cold DMs if that’s what it takes to get results.
  • Commitment of at least 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to keep the pipeline full and consistent.
