Social Media Manager

We are looking for a digital-native Social Media Manager to own our organic growth engine. You aren't just posting content; you are a storyteller who thinks in 9:16 aspect ratios and speaks the language of X (formerly Twitter).

In this role, you will execute a vertical-video-first strategy, creating high-impact visual content that anchors our presence on X, while cascading that content effectively across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. You will also be the primary point of contact for our Key Opinion Leader (KOL) partnerships, ensuring our brand is amplified by the right voices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vertical Video Production & Strategy

• Concept & Create: Ideate, script, film, and edit engaging short-form vertical videos (9:16) daily. You know exactly what makes a user stop scrolling in the first 3 seconds.
• The "X" Factor: Tailor video content specifically for X's algorithm and audience behavior, utilizing X Premium features, long-form video capabilities, and threading strategies to drive maximum engagement.
• Cross-Channel Distribution: Intelligently repurpose and schedule video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, optimizing captions, hashtags, and hooks for each specific platform's culture.

2. KOL & Influencer Collaboration

• Relationship Management: Identify, vet, and outreach to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within our niche.
• Campaign Execution: Co-create content briefs with KOLs to ensure their output aligns with our visual identity while retaining their authentic voice.
• Community Integration: engage with KOL content to bridge their audience to our brand.

3. Community Engagement & Copywriting

• Voice of the Brand: Manage the brand’s voice on X. This includes writing punchy threads, engaging in "reply guy" strategies on high-visibility posts, and participating in real-time trends.
• Community Building: Foster a loyal community by responding to comments, hosting X Spaces (if applicable), and nurturing top fans.

4. Analytics & Iteration

• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs specifically regarding video retention rates, X engagement (replies/reposts), and KOL campaign ROI.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of viral audio trends, meme formats, and platform updates to keep the brand culturally relevant.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Video Editing Mastery: Expert proficiency in mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot) and/or desktop software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut). You can turn raw footage into a polished asset quickly.
• X (Twitter) Fluency: You have a deep understanding of X culture, inside jokes, "Main Character of the Day" dynamics, and how video behaves on the timeline.
• KOL Experience: Proven track record of working with influencers or content creators (negotiating rates, managing deliverables).
• Data-Driven: Ability to interpret analytics to pivot strategy (e.g., knowing when to switch hook styles based on drop-off rates).

Bonus Points

• Existing network of KOLs in the iGaming industry.
• Graphic design skills (Figma/Canva/Photoshop) for static thumbnails and carousel posts.
