WineChain is a well-funded seed stage startup that acts as a marketplace for wineries to sell directly to their private clients using NFT technology. The company was formed in March 2022 with an anticipated MVP launch in Q1 2023. The team is fully remote between the USA and Europe.
We are hiring a full-time Social Media Manager, available immediately. The SMM will report directly to the Head of Marketing.Â
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
- Lead the company’s interactions with the public through social media platforms, using a unified voice by devising and implementing content strategies and collecting engagement data
- Plan and develop social media campaigns defining KPIs and ROIs for each engagement
- Leverage monitoring tools for insights and alignment with company goals, while following social media trends to engage the company’s communities
- Establish and support relationships with social media influencers to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including leadership and content developers
- Work closely with Head of Marketing to create content calendar
- Produce, plan, and edit content in a timely manner
- Manage remote community managers
- Create original content for Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including written and video formats
- Build and engage community on various channels
- Identify and engage with relevant KOLs
Competencies, Skills & Abilities
- Differentiate voice and content pillars between multiple social media platforms
- Demonstrated relationship building, particularly with customers
- Communicate clearly and concisely as creative content
- Proven attentiveness to detail, coupled with experience in web design
- Time management and organization skills, including the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to respond and collaborate in a remote setting
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, particularly in relation to blockchain and wine
- Native-level English proficiency
Qualifications , Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in marketing, required
- 3+ years in social media management role, required
- 1+ years experience in web3 social/community
- Experience with design and/or video content creation is a strong plus
- Wine knowledge is a huge plus
- Proficiency in French a plus
- Proficiency in Italian a plus
Compensation
$35k-85k annually depending on experience and location. Healthcare benefits and PTO are available.Â
Location
Fully remote. US-Preferred, especially East Coast. Company operates between USA-Central European time zones.Â
