At InfiniFi, weāre revolutionizing finance with a fractional-reserve stablecoin, unlocking levels of capital efficiency that have historically only been accessible to banks. We recently closed an oversubscribed pre-seed fundraise and are now seeking to grow our team. We aim to realize the visions of Satoshi and DeFi alike, making banks obsolete through fundamental improvements to capital efficiency. As part of our team, youāll be building a decentralized financial system that automates the banking process and maximizes returns by collapsing the inefficiencies of traditional banks. We seek an experienced, dedicated Solidity developer to increase our existing tech teamās specialization and efficiency. You will assist our lead developer and head of engineering with Solidity development efforts, execute our architecture at the function-level, and implement industry best practices in both security and computational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop smart contracts in Solidity.
- Utilize existing knowledge of DeFi designs and mathematical acumen to design and implement engineering solutions to advanced financial problems.Ā
- Collaborate with non technical teams to overcome obstacles and incorporate feedback into development.
- Align with the rest of the technical team to understand needs across the entire stack.
- Develop and maintain testing frameworks and tools to ensure comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, and contract deployment automation.
- Incorporate newer testing techniques, such as AI-driven fuzzing and analysis, on a case-by-case basis. Maintain knowledge of these emergent security techniques
- Work with top industry security partners to design code within the constraints of their advice. Communicate with these partners on a semi-regular basis
- Work across the technical team to maintain a rigorous and continuous approach to DevSecOps
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to smart contract development, deployment, and integration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in smart contract technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Document code, specifications, and processes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

Requirements:
- Security-first mindset
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will possibly be considered
- A mathematical background is preferred (education or experience)
- 5 or more years of experience as a Developer
- 3 or more years of experience as a Solidity Developer
- Advanced level of competency with the Foundry toolkit and static analysis
- Expert knowledge of Solidity best practices and design patterns
- Advanced knowledge of existing DeFi systems and mathematical designs utilized
- Comprehensive understanding of computational complexity and algorithm design
- Experience developing and deploying EVM smart contracts
- Experience collaborating within an engineering team and reviewing code
- Be able to communicate on technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development for smart contracts
- Experience with Formal Verification a plus
- Strong personal interest in crypto. Prior industry experience is mandatory.
