Swix is a global property collective with a proprietary, blockchain-enabled rental platform which allows users to book stays while earning valuable monetary rewards.
Swix is based on an innovative on-chain DeFi mechanism which offers Swix users more sustainable yields generated from real world property rental revenues. Yields are distributed to SWIX staking participants in the form of Staked Swix (sSWIX). The DAO accumulates treasury reserves from each purchase made on Swix property stays and experiences.
The monetary rewards are backed by a portion of the user’s purchase price, while the remainder of the revenue is used to create more value for Swix and its DAO members.
On the real world side, Swix protocol upgrades the rental marketplace by solving these critical problems: quality, efficiency, incentive and immersion.
Your role
We’re looking for a Solidity Smart Contracts developer with experience in DeFi protocols and multiple-smart contracts architecture to join the Swixie Team and help us build an on-chain native property rental platform and connect it with staking and bonding functionality.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of popular DeFi primitives, open source libraries and token standards (ERC20, ERC1155)
- Understanding of blockchain data structures
- Experience with solidity smart contract security and gas optimization
- Knowledge of web3.js or ethers.js libraries
- Good structuring and documentation practices
Plus points:
- Experience with hardhat, ethers.js and typescript
- Experience in Smart Contract testing and analysis tools (Slither, Manticore,...)
- Understanding of staking / bonding (value backed rewards) system
- Experience with booking platforms
Responsibilities:
- Modifying existing Smart Contract base of Swix Booking Platform and creating new contracts to extend platform functionality
- Modifying staking and bonding Smart Contracts to fit the policies, tokenomics and revenue model of the DAO
- Writing complete unit test suites for existing and newly written smart contracts, based on a provided test structure model
- Writing control scripts for contracts
- Giving advice and expertise to the rest of the team regarding the system architecture and implemented solutions, as well as other subjects in which you have knowledge
- Helping other team members with integrating Smart Contracts in other components of the system
