Sr. Product Manager, Sender Experience

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who is excited about leveraging crypto assets and technology to disrupt cross-border payments. The Senior Product Manager on the RippleNet Sender team is responsible for building and improving software for cross-border payments, using cryptocurrencies as a bridge and crypto technologies as building blocks. This person will be working directly with customers, as well as cross functionally (Sales, Business Development, Delivery, Customer Success, etc) to define product features, necessary capabilities, and expansion opportunities, and communicate needs to engineering. The Product Manager will be responsible for writing feature specs and working directly with the Engineering team for day-to-day development. This person will also work with expansion teams to strike new partnerships. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Work with customers directly to understand the needs of (existing and prospective) enterprise customers who need to send funds across borders and currencies, and prioritize the technical product backlog accordingly. Through working with customers, you will define what it takes to provide a best-in-class payments experience. 
• Understand payments, fintech and crypto markets, including market dynamics and the competitive landscape 
• Define your features. Write specs and user stories, test plans, release checklists. Communicate functionality and incorporate feedback. 
• Own the short term product roadmap, communicate product releases to executive, sales, business marketing, and business operation stakeholders
• Work with Customer Success, Delivery and Product Marketing to take new products and features to market

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Excitement for crypto technologies and how they can be used in traditional finance 
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience and 3 years in product management
• Experience translating business and customer needs into functional and technical features
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive influence and resolve conflict
• Strategic thinker who thinks about where the future is headed 
• Experience being detail-oriented while simultaneously keeping the big-picture view in mind in your past roles
• Prior experience at a fast-paced technology company
