What Youâll Do:
- Work with existing and possible partners to lock in and grow our revenue
- Unifying different business units and create cross-platform deals with our partners
- Build long-lasting relationships with the top projects in Web3 and ZK.
- Track whatâs working (and whatâs not) in our business and work with the team to allot our resources better.
- Finding new revenue channels that fit our business needs
- Team up with marketing and content to keep our vision sharp and aligned with your work
What You Bring:
- A track record of excellence business development, sales or other relevant leadership roles.
- The organisational and people skills to juggle priorities and bring together stakeholders.Â
- Negotiation and communication skills that close deals.
- A talent for spotting opportunities and making them happen.
- Serious knowledge of Web3, ZK, and where the industry is heading.
- A go-getter mindset thatâs all about making things happen.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with content projects like podcasts or media platforms.
- Great at public speaking - and being ready to go onstage when the time is right.
- Event planning expertise (or at least a knack for it).
- Start-up experienceâyou thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving spaces.
- Skills in running business ops and leading teams.
