Come and join us as we pioneer in this space! 🚀About The Role 🤔As Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be at the forefront of building and launching Immutable’s strategic partnership program.You will lead the charge to source, craft, and secure bespoke deals across web3 gaming globally. You’ll focus on Immutable’s interactions with competitors (direct and indirect), regional platforms (market entry), and tangential market players (emerging and legacy) to gaming and web3. You’ll perform high-capacity outreach to prospective partners, maintain and close a pipeline of strategic partnerships worldwide, and collaborate directly with Immutable’s C-suite exec team.You will join a dynamic Partnerships team accountable for scaling the quantity and quality of meaningful partnerships, driving channel revenue and lead flow generation, crafting product partnerships that complement and power our solutions, and enabling game studio customers to build and grow irresistible games.
You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮
- Define and secure alliance partners who will use Immutable's platform (infra and/or apps) in their offerings and benefit from Immutable’s content, communities, and platform capabilities
- Partner with BD, product, SE, and C-suite exec to prioritise alliance pursuit efforts (e.g., by market, by capability, by opportunity size)
- Support other Partnership leads (ecosystem partnerships, product partnerships, channel partners); leverage for intelligence (tech, eco, gaming) and consult/advise them on their deal mechanics
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝
- 7 + years experience in a similar role. Eg: Strategic Alliances, Partnerships, Ecosystems, Business Development, etc
- Bespoke deals experience – sourced, drove, and led to completion
- Professional experience or deep personal interest in Web3
- Founder mentality and unmatched drive and energy
- Highly tuned dealmaking instincts and adept at consultative selling, key deal levers, and what it takes to execute a “good deal” in the eyes of counterparties and your executive team/board
