Responsibilities
- Define overall product strategy and plan roadmaps to increase long-term competitiveness
- Lead and provide guidance to other product managers to deliver new features and updatesÂ
- Lead core product innovations from research, development to deployment and marketing, including conducting market research, technical solution research, writing detailed product documentation, collaborating with designers and engineers, etc.
- Evaluate user and product feedback to enhance product strategy
Requirements
- A mix of technical and business background
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager, at least 1 year at a crypto company
- Deep business and technical understanding on market trends in cryptocurrencies and DeFi
- Background in any mathematics / quant discipline is a strong plus
- Thorough understanding of how DeFi protocols work and their user bases
- Ability to work autonomously and make technical decisions independentlyÂ
- Good organization skills and ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders
