You Will:

    • Full lifecycle recruitment for Engineering, GTM, and Operations.  This includes, sourcing, screening, scheduling and closing candidates.  
    • Effectively collaborate with the leadership teams to understand their talent needs, while supplying a robust pipeline of candidates.
    • Work with HR to produce a target list of passive candidates for assigned searches through research and heavy sourcing; cold calling, phone screens, and networking.
    • Heavily network within various organizations to find the “hidden” talent in the marketplace.
    • Provide weekly reports and metrics on recruiting activity.
    • Strategize and develop new “out-of-the-box” methods to fill your pipeline.

You Are:

    • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at an agency or in a fast-paced enterprise software company. 
    • Strong network and proven success in recruiting top-performing sales engineers, sales professionals globally.
    • Strong experience working with senior leadership to understand current and future hiring needs. 
    • A great teammate who is self-directed and highly motivated with a sense of urgency, and has strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication, social networking, relationship building, advising skills, and the ability to partner effectively with all teams.
    • Demonstrable ability to successfully prioritize and manage a diverse requisition load in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment.

Your first three months will:

    • Month 1
    • Attend new-hire immersion training. 
    • Attend self directed and live training on our product and out GTM Strategy.
    • Join the team, understand the roles and responsibilities of team members.
    • Start working with your hiring leaders to learn what we look for to grow our company.
    • Month 2
    • Start to work independently supporting the organizations you are assigned to.  
    • Begin to work with other recruiters to understand the hiring needs across the organization.
    • Attend OKR training and start using OKRs to create better alignment with HR and the hiring leaders..
    • Month 3Working independently with your hiring leaders, helping them achieve their hiring goals.  
    • Work with HR on hiring initiatives and projects to better prepare PingCAP for future hiring needs.
    • Work with leadership to build out a Best in Class Talent Acquisition organization.
$100,000 - $140,000 a year
