Your role:
- Provide customer support and resolving issues via various channels
- Optimize and streamline operations procedures to improve the process of resolution and key performance indicators
- Support business development and analysis of customer insight and root cause analysis to identify product improvements and present these to stakeholders
- Explore and evaluate projects that can help direct new investment activity or impact the existing portfolio.
- Develop an informed opinion about emerging frontiers (e.g. DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, stablecoins, etc.) by drafting research memos and internal presentations.
- Implement data mining and analysis of both blockchain and social media information.
- Supporting administrative and ad-hoc requests from the investment team.
About you:
- Degree holder preferably in Business Management, Computer Science or any other related fields
- Clear, critical, and systematic thinking around complex problems and bleeding-edge technology
- Pleasant personality and good attitude
- Flexibility, Open-mindedness and result-oriented individual
- Advanced understanding and/or experience working in a Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Fintech/Finance Trading domain preferred
