The Role: Vice President of MarketingWe are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead our efforts in scaling TBH’s presence globally. This is not a traditional marketing role but a revenue-driven position focused on building partnerships, driving measurable ROI, and establishing top-tier distribution channels.

[Please note the salary range provided is base salary and the potential for earning is a lot higher with equity-based compensation and a 100% CTC performance based bonuses that we provide.]

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with TBH’s revenue and growth goals.
• Drive ROI for every dollar spent, ensuring all marketing initiatives contribute directly to the company’s bottom line.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

• Forge strategic partnerships with Web3 companies, L1/L2 blockchains, exchanges, and other key industry players.
• Build relationships with media buying houses and establish top distribution channels.

Media and Public Relations:

• Leverage connections with crypto and Web3 publications to secure impactful media placements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key publications and influencers in the space.

Innovative Marketing Initiatives:

• Think outside the box to develop creative, cost-effective solutions that scale TBH’s presence and engagement.
• Introduce innovative marketing channels and strategies tailored to the unique Web3 ecosystem.

Hands-On Execution:

• Lead by example, working closely with your team to execute campaigns and drive results.
• Roll up your sleeves to get work done, embodying TBH’s frugal yet highly effective approach.

Revenue-Driven Focus:

• Develop marketing campaigns with a direct focus on revenue generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader company goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: 12-15 years in traditional marketing, with at least 3 years in Web3 or blockchain-related roles.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and revenue-driven, with a hands-on approach to leadership.
• Skills:
• Proven ability to scale marketing initiatives while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Expertise in building partnerships with Web3 companies, exchanges, and L1/L2 blockchains.
• Strong connections with crypto and Web3 publications and media outlets.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand. Work permits will be handled by TBH.
