Responsibilities

  • Hunt New Wins: Proactively reach out to prospects and convert top web3 brands into CryptoJobsList customers, driving revenue and securing big-name logos.
  • Re-Engage & Delight: Connect with current and past customers via email, Twitter, Telegram, and Discord to ensure satisfaction, collect feedback, and spark repeat business.
  • Champion Support: Team up to provide stellar email and chat support to clients—collaboration is key, and you won’t be alone!
  • Amplify Voices: Gather testimonials and feedback to showcase our value and fuel improvement.
  • Innovate Boldly: Take initiative to create new processes, structures, and strategies to supercharge our BD efforts.
  • Adapt Fast: Flex to the business’s needs, wearing multiple hats to promote and sell existing and upcoming products.
  • Drive Results: Focus on boosting revenue through new deals, delivering measurable impact in a high-energy, small-team setting.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: 2-5 years of full-time experience in sales, business development, or marketing at a startup, SaaS, or web3 company—bring your deal-closing chops!
  • Outreach Pro: Active and savvy on Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and email—prove you can “DM your way to success” with creative, multi-channel strategies.
  • Self-Driven Star: Structured, independent, and hungry to achieve, thriving under minimal supervision in a remote role with 3-4 hours overlap with GMT+8 (ideal for Asia, Europe, South Africa, or California candidates).
  • Web3 Passion: Genuine excitement for Crypto, Web3, DeFi, and NFT ecosystems—show us you’re plugged into this world and eager to network!
  • Communication Ace: Perfect written and spoken English (near-native fluency) with strong email etiquette and relentless follow-up habits.
  • People Power: Outgoing, likable, and fearless—comfortable jumping on calls or video with the team and clients, never camera-shy.
  • Creative & Curious: Bring optimism, curiosity, and a high bar for excellence to innovate and win in a fast-paced environment.
