Web3 Product Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web3 Product Designer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our apps and protocol. You will join a small team and work closely with our customer and development teams to create intuitive designs, craft engaging user journeys, and ensure that our apps and protocol make it easy to use, earn and efficiently distribute capital in web3. This role will report to the product owner and COO, but work closely with the CTO and CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Rapidly iterate with customer & engineering teams to design the user experience & interface
• Create PRDs, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs for our web application
• Partnering with engineering, product and business teams to find refined, practical and desirable solutions to design challenges
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, appealing, fun and optimized for the blockchain 
• Work with support to conduct user research and usability testing on designs
• Understand and compare competing projects to identify and design improvements
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in web3, crypto, and blockchain technology

Requirements:

• 4 year degree from an accredited university
• 2 years experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer in the web3/crypto space
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, smart contracts, and wallet integrations
• Strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing web applications and love and care for craft
• Proficiency in Figma
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Fluent in spoken and written English
• Excel in a remote-only work environment
