As a Business Development Senior Associate at Light Node Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our crypto advisory firm & our clients. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities within the dynamic web3 landscape. Your proactive approach and keen market insights will be invaluable assets in this fast-paced and ever-evolving industry. You will anticipate emerging trends, cultivate key partnerships, and spearhead initiatives that position Light Node Ventures at the forefront of innovation.This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside visionary leaders and industry experts, contributing your expertise to groundbreaking projects that are reshaping the future of digital finance and decentralized technologies.Β 


  • Deepen industry knowledge and understanding of the firm's clientele, enabling tailored solutions and strategies.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales, marketing, and product development strategies to drive growth.
  • Oversee the progress of the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
  • Liaise with key partners, assessing satisfaction levels and identifying evolving requirements.
  • Build and maintain robust client databases using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, facilitating effective client engagement including Hubspot and Telegram.
  • Identify new strategic partners and attractive business opportunities within our events or advisory business, fostering expansion and diversification.
  • Collaborate closely with business development managers, providing support and insights to facilitate successful deal closures.
  • Conduct market research and identify promising leads for the business and our clients, supporting targeted business development efforts.
  • Attend conferences and actively engage in main conference rooms and strategic side events, fostering valuable connections with key personnel.
  • Proactively secure event sponsorships, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships and maximizing event exposure.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, including Salesforce & Hubspot, with the ability to leverage technology for effective client management.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in crypto or minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, consultancy, or other relevant financial services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, utilizing online tools and software such as Google Workspace, Telegram, Discord, and Zoom, with a keen ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities, enabling effective presentations and rapport-building.
  • Outgoing personality, comfortable in networking and relationship-building roles.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and domestically as required.
  • Core skill sets in business development, financial markets, technological analysis, stakeholder management, and cryptocurrency.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a global team, with strong self-motivation and limited daily direction.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency markets.
  • Passion for exploring the transition from centralization to decentralization and its impact on companies, developers, and consumers.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and the ability to persuade and drive alignment among diverse perspectives, both internally and externally.
  • Natural networking abilities, with a talent for building trust and fostering lasting relationships.
