Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with product and marketing efforts.Who You Are:

  • Experienced in growth roles within dev-focused or edtech organizations (Seed, Series A, Series B).
  • Familiar with the 0 to 1 journey of a startup, with a knack for experimenting and scaling growth initiatives.
  • Previous IC role experience, able to execute projects independently from scratch.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and optimize growth initiatives.
  • Comfortable with open ended environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to boost developer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Conduct experiments to discover effective growth channels, analyzing the impact and optimizing for scalable growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with product and marketing efforts.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of growth initiatives, iterating based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage a team to execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  • Own and drive marketing KPIs for the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of growing users and key metrics using inbound and outbound marketing channels for dev focused SAAS products
  • Experience with experimenting, iterating, and scaling growth initiatives in a startup environment.
