LocalCoinSwap is the world's leading non-custodial P2P crypto marketplace, allowing people to buy, sell, and swap crypto without needing to give up custody of their assets to any middleman or third party.

SpendCrypto is a sister project within the LocalCoinSwap group of companies that lets users buy gift cards directly with crypto. This eliminates the need to find an crypto exchange and spend time + money to cash crypto out into fiat in order to shop at their online stores and websites like Amazon, Uber, eBay, Hotels.co, Walmart, and more.

Role

We are seeking a creative and entrepreneurial Growth & Marketing Specialist to accelerate user acquisition and drive brand awareness across both LocalCoinSwap and SpendCrypto.

In this pivotal role, you'll own our user growth and engagement strategies across digital channels, with a particular focus on leveraging the power of social media marketing. You'll develop innovative campaign concepts, plan integrated marketing initiatives, and leverage data to continuously optimize our efforts.

Additionally, you'll identify strategic partnership opportunities and execute outreach efforts to unlock new user acquisition channels and revenue streams through creative co-marketing campaigns, affiliate programs, integration partnerships and more.

This is a high ownership position and we expect the right candidate to bring deep experience and be driving the strategy and execution from the ground up.

Location

Our team is globally distributed so we are flexible on the location for this position. However, there will be the need to regularly crossover with other members of team around 10am UTC and other times as necessary.

What you'll do:

• Conceptualize and execute standout social media marketing campaigns across major social media platforms.
• Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns spanning social, email, content, and more
• Build and nurture highly engaged online communities through stellar content
• Leverage analytics, A/B testing, re-targeting and growth hacking tactics to optimize user acquisition
• Identify and pursue revenue-generating partnership opportunities through outbound outreach
• Analyze performance data to derive insights and guide marketing strategy
• Collaborate with marketing and product team to align on goals, strategies, channels and budgets

What You Need:

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing, social media, community building or related field
• Native level English
• Deep understanding of social media marketing strategy, best practices and analytics
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience driving growth marketing initiatives
• Excellent project management, communication and creative skills
• Ability to plan and execute independently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for crypto/Web3 and delivering amazing user experiences
• Data-driven approach and experience with marketing analytics tools
