Your Role

As a Marketing Specialist, Russia, fluent in both Russian and English at Mantle, you hold a pivotal role in expanding our presence and engagement within Russian-speaking markets. Your primary focus encompasses crafting and executing tailored marketing strategies for Russian-speaking audiences, emphasizing community growth and involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Development:

  • Devise and implement marketing strategies specifically designed for Russian-speaking audiences, emphasizing community engagement and expansion.

• Community Management:

  • Oversee and nurture Mantle's presence on Discord and Telegram, cultivating a dynamic and interactive community.

• Social Media Enhancement:

  • Amplify Mantle's social media outreach on platforms popular in Russian-speaking regions, including Twitter, Medium, and YouTube. Ensure content is consistently culturally relevant.

• Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate relationships and collaborations with local media outlets, influencers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance Mantle's visibility and brand recognition.

• Partnership Identification:

  • Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with high-quality projects and partners in Russian-speaking markets.

• Market Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, offering insights and recommendations to the marketing team.

• Event Organization:

  • Organize and participate in community events and Ask Me Anything (AMAs) sessions to boost brand awareness and community engagement.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Your Craft:

• Fluency in both Russian and English, both written and spoken.

• Proven track record in marketing, community management, or related fields.

• In-depth understanding of Russian-speaking crypto markets and cultural nuances.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in social media management and content creation.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Knowledgeable about Discord and Telegram as community-building tools.

• Genuine interest in the blockchain industry and related technologies.

This role offers flexibility, allowing for either part-time or full-time engagement.
