Responsibilities
This is a hands-on position. You will be implementing the foundational application.
Lead the development of Nuvia’s SaaS platform, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and robust system from the user interface to the backend services.
Collaboratively forge robust solutions alongside the CTO and fellow team members, focusing on security, optimized deployment, and agile continuous integration practices.
Drive the adoption of best practices in software development within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment and testing, aiming for high reliability and quality in code delivery.
Architect and implement containerized applications using Docker, facilitating ease of deployment and scalability.
Must-Have Skills
Proactive problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Advanced proficiency in both front-end (React.js, Next.js) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Golang) development.
Strong system design skills
Extensive knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Expert in containerization, orchestration, and monitoring.
Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline construction and maintenance.
Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced, evolving tech landscapes.
4+ years experience working as a full-stack developer
2+ years in a leadership or management position with experience building teams from scratch
