1exchange (1X) (www.1x.exchange ) is Singapore’s first and only fully licensed and regulated private securities exchange. We help companies get liquidity while remaining private and retaining operational flexibility – by listing and enabling trading of a portion (10-30%) of their company. Companies can raise capital, expand investor base, allow shareholder exits, while providing tradability for new investors, by doing a private listing on 1X.
