Brinc is a global venture accelerator headquartered in Hong Kong, operating 18 multidisciplinary programs across seven countries. The company focuses on sectors such as blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, connected hardware, drones, robotics, clean energy, and food technology, all within a sustainability mandate. Brinc has supported over 200 startups from more than 35 countries, aiming to address global challenges like food and water security, healthcare, climate change, urbanization, connectivity, transportation, and financial inclusion. In the Web3 space, Brinc has been particularly active, launching its Web3 accelerator programs in 2021, including the ZK Advancer program in partnership with Animoca Brands. These programs have invested in over 60 Web3 businesses across sectors like DeFi, gaming, infrastructure, MedTech, entertainment, and enterprise applications. In December 2021, Brinc closed a $30 million Series B funding round led by Animoca Brands, with an additional $100 million allocated for startup investments, reinforcing its commitment to expanding into Web3-focused accelerators and supporting blockchain ventures aimed at sustainability, inclusion, and equitability.
