UNDW3 is a Web3 initiative launched by the French fashion brand Lacoste, aiming to engage its community through blockchain technology and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). In June 2022, Lacoste introduced the UNDW3 project, pronounced "underwater," by releasing a collection of 11,212 NFTs featuring the brand's iconic crocodile logo emerging from water. This number pays homage to Lacoste's classic L1212 polo shirt. NFT holders gain access to exclusive digital and physical experiences, including co-designed products and community events. The project emphasizes collaborative fashion and interactive engagement, reflecting Lacoste's commitment to innovation within the Web3 ecosystem.
