Who we are
Mantle Ecosystem comprises an Ethereum layer 2 (L2) β Mantle Network, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) β Mantle Governance, one of the largest on-chain treasuries β Mantle Treasury, and an upcoming Ether (ETH) liquid staking product β Mantle LSD: all built on Ethereum. Mantle token is the unified product and governance token of the ecosystem. Mantle is a fast-growing, DAO-led ecosystem whose goal is the mass adoption of decentralized and token-governed technologies.
Your role:
Ecosystem Strategy Development and Relationship Management:
Lead the development and execution of tailored ecosystem marketing strategies, leveraging insights and market trends to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Establish and nurture strategic relationships with partners within the Mantle Ecosystem.
Performance Optimization and Analysis:
Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor and analyze the performance of ecosystem marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize targeting, messaging, and engagement strategies.
Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis, identifying key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Cross-Regional Collaboration and Leadership:
Foster strong collaboration and alignment between regional and global teams, serving as a liaison between EU/US market stakeholders and internal departments to ensure cohesive execution of ecosystem marketing initiatives.
Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on regional market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and competitive trends, informing decision-making and resource allocation.
Your Craft:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience in ecosystem marketing, partnership management, or related roles, with a strong track record of success in global crypto markets.
Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and cultural nuances.
Based in EU or US Timezone.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including the protocols' key leaders, industry influencers, and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to leverage analytics tools and platforms to optimize campaign performance and drive business outcomes.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach to driving cross-functional alignment and achieving shared goals.
