Senior DevOps Engineer
Bluprynt is the Compliance OS for digital assets—the enterprise-grade infrastructure layer linking off-chain compliance with on-chain identity, policy, and supervisory visibility. Trusted by leaders across TradFi and DeFi and built in close alignment with central banks and regulators worldwide, Bluprynt helps issuers, banks, and market participants meet regulatory expectations without sacrificing the speed and modularity of on-chain systems.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior DevOps engineer with deep AWS and data infrastructure experience to own how Bluprynt builds, ships and runs software. You'll be one of a small number of engineers, so you'll own the platform end to end and set the standard for how the team works.
This role is for someone who builds with AI agents as a core part of their workflow, not as an experiment. You'll design the pipelines, guardrails and review processes that let a lean team ship fast without losing quality or visibility.
What you'll do
• Own our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and deployment pipelines end to end, as code.
• Lead the move to a unified monorepo and pipeline, with branch protection, required reviews and automated checks on every merge.
• Keep our blockchain data integrations reliable: RPC providers, failover, rate limits and indexing. No prior web3 experience required; we will get you up to speed.
• Build agentic development workflows for the whole team: agent-driven CI, automated review, test generation and environment setup.
• Make onboarding fast. A new engineer should be shipping within days, not still confused a month in.
• Set up observability, alerting, incident response and cost controls that a small team can actually run.
• Own security and secrets management, access control and infrastructure hardening.
• Work directly with customers and internal teams to deploy, debug and adapt our platform in real environments (forward-deployed engineering).
• Review PRs across the codebase and hold the bar on quality, context and documentation.
Non-negotiables
We will not compromise on these three.
1. Elite agentic development skills. AI coding agents are central to how you build. You can show us workflows, tooling or pipelines you've built around agents, and you know where they fail and how to guard against it.
2. Extreme attention to detail. You read every line you approve. Small PRs, clear descriptions, tested changes and documentation are habits, not chores.
3. Extreme initiative and leadership. You find problems before they're assigned, fix them, and raise the bar for everyone around you. You speak up when something is wrong, including in code you reviewed.
What you bring
• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineering, with production systems you owned end to end.
• Strong, hands-on AWS experience in production. AWS is our stack: you know EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC networking, IAM and cost management in depth.
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CDK or similar) for everything you run on AWS.
• Experience building and operating data infrastructure at scale: high-volume ingestion, streaming, warehouses and ETL orchestration that stay reliable as data grows.
• Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes or ECS) in production.
• CI/CD design at scale, ideally in a monorepo.
• Observability stacks (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry or similar).
• Solid coding ability in at least one of TypeScript, Go, Rust or Python. You write tooling, not just config.
• Experience as an early engineer at a seed or Series A startup, or a comparable high-ownership role.
Nice to have
• Experience with blockchain RPC infrastructure: nodes, node providers, failover, archive data and chain reorgs.
• Familiarity with Ethereum/EVM chains or Solana.
• Experience with blockchain indexers and data pipelines (The Graph, Substreams, custom indexers).
• Forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering experience.
• Security or compliance work (SOC 2, key management, audits).
How we work
• Small team, full ownership. Everyone specializes, but everyone can work in any part of the codebase.
• Real review. Every merge needs an approval, and the approver owns it as much as the author.
• Visibility by default. What ships each day is easy to see and easy to explain.
• Agents everywhere. We expect you to multiply your output with AI and to help the rest of the team do the same.
