As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a central role in our Growth team, driving the development and execution of strategic partnerships at Deblock.In this fast-paced environment, you’ll have the opportunity to build and manage partnerships from the ground up. This role uniquely blends relationship-building, business development, and hands-on execution. - Fluent in French 🇫🇷 and in English 🇬🇧
- Good understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing.
- Strong experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or account management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and fast-paced.
- Data-driven and able to track and analyze the ROI of partnership initiatives.

🧑💻 What you’ll be working on
- Manage and develop our ambassador network
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth, engagement, and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with key partners, including fintechs, financial institutions, and Web3 innovators.
- Lead negotiations, design deal structures, and ensure partnerships deliver mutual value.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth teams to maximize the impact of partnerships.
- Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize partnership performance to maximize ROI.
