<p>We’re looking to collaborate with a <strong>freelance graphic designer</strong> to support the <strong>Mimic Team</strong> on a flexible, part-time basis (<strong>20 to 60 hours per month</strong>). For the last three years, we’ve operated successfully in a private setting, helping partners streamline millions of on-chain transactions. Now, we’re standardizing our protocol and opening it to the entire community, aiming for a fully permissionless launch mid this year.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Marketing Manager</strong> who can guide Mimic Protocol’s marketing strategy and help establish our brand as the top choice for on-chain automation. You’ll craft compelling narratives around our whitepaper, build a community of partners and developers, and ensure that our upcoming public release resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li><strong>Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy:</strong> Own our end-to-end marketing plan, from high-level strategy (roadmap, positioning) to hands-on execution (campaigns, community engagement).</li><li><strong>Launch Coordination:</strong> Lead the marketing push around our protocol’s public release, including whitepaper promotion, website revamp, social media, and partner announcements.</li><li><strong>Brand Messaging & Positioning:</strong> Shape Mimic’s voice, ensuring our key differentiators—years of proven results, cutting-edge tech—are clearly communicated across all channels.</li><li><strong>Content & Thought Leadership:</strong> Oversee blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and media outreach. Collaborate with our tech team to translate complex concepts into digestible stories.</li><li><strong>Community & Developer Engagement:</strong> Partner with our Growth and Product teams to engage early developer adopters. Drive sign-ups, gather feedback, and cultivate a vibrant community around Mimic.</li><li><strong>Analytics & Growth Metrics:</strong> Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead conversions, website traffic, developer sign-ups, and community growth.
