Role Overview

Verilay is building a privacy-focused ZK Rollup + Identica/DID layer that enables companies and individuals to verify identities, reuse trusted credentials, and exchange proofs without exposing sensitive data.

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Lead to turn this technology into clear market positioning, enterprise pilots, strategic partnerships, user adoption, and measurable revenue. You’ll own Verilay’s early go-to-market engine and work directly with the founders and product team, with a potential path to a C-level growth or commercial role.

Core Responsibilities

Growth & GTM Strategy

- Define Verilay’s positioning, ideal customer profiles, priority use cases, channels, pricing, and growth roadmap.

- Translate ZK Rollup and Identica/DID capabilities into simple, compelling products and integration offers.

- Build and run experiments across enterprise sales, partnerships, ecosystem growth, and product-led acquisition.

Partnerships & Integrations

- Develop relationships across Web3, digital identity, KYC/KYB, HR-tech, recruitment, fintech, and enterprise infrastructure.

- Secure design partners, pilots, letters of intent, integrations, and commercial agreements.

- Own the pipeline from first outreach and qualification through negotiation, launch, and expansion.

Growth Execution

- Launch Verilay’s first enterprise pilots and ecosystem campaigns.

- Define funnel stages, targets, reporting, and growth KPIs.

- Turn successful pilots into case studies, repeatable playbooks, and scalable acquisition channels.

Leadership

- Work directly with Verilay’s founders and product team to shape product and company strategy.

- Build the foundations of the future growth and business development function.

- Take founder-level ownership, with the opportunity to progress into a C-level role as Verilay scales.

Requirements

Must-have:

- Strong growth, GTM, business development, or partnerships experience in Web3 infrastructure, digital identity, enterprise SaaS, or fintech.

- A record of launching early-stage products, securing enterprise partnerships, or building measurable growth pipelines.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales, integrations, growth experimentation, and multi-stakeholder negotiations.

- Ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear commercial narratives and campaigns.

- High ownership, excellent English, and confidence working in a remote, early-stage environment.

Nice-to-have:

- Experience with ZK technology, rollups, DID, verifiable credentials, KYC/KYB, or privacy infrastructure.

- An existing network across Web3 ecosystems, enterprises, identity providers, HR-tech, recruitment, or fintech.

- Experience securing pilots, letters of intent, design partners, grants, or ecosystem partnerships.

- Previous experience as a Growth Lead, Head of Growth, Head of Partnerships, founder, or early commercial hire.
