Anchorage Digital is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Credit Trader to drive revenue growth and institutional adoption of our Prime Financing platform. Our Prime Financing business is a high-growth business line within the Global Markets franchise, specializing in originating structured lending and credit solutions that solve capital constraints for the world's leading crypto-native and TradFi institutions. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring, pricing, and managing bespoke credit facilities, including margin lending, delayed settlement tradins, and collateralized loan agreements using BTC, ETH, and other digital assets. You will work closely with our sales and risk teams to convert our pipeline, manage credit exposure, and deliver capital-efficient financing solutions. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, sense of risk management, and a team-player mindset.

As a Credit Trader you will:

• Execute a variety of credit structures, from credit agreements to control agreements.
• Develop new credit structures, agreements, and documentation as the loan portfolio mix changes.
• Take a solutions-based approach to originating solutions to client needs and drive revenue growth in diverse market conditions
• Negotiate, prepare, and close all legal contracts within the lending business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to qualify and structure credit opportunities to scale our lending business.
• Move and track collateral across multiple venues and business lines in order to optimize utilization, yield and funding
• Create detailed memos and runbooks on operationalization of current as well future funding facilities across CeFi and DeFi
• Originate and manage key external funding partner relationships
• Regularly analyze risks levels and market trends to identify areas of optimization and lead improvements

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

• 6+ years of experience in credit trading and/or financial products structuring. Experience at a tier 1 investment bank strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of crypto markets, especially as relates to financing. Experience with lending or related role at a top crypto platform strongly preferred.
• Experience structuring and developing complex financial products with large institutions as well as startups.
• Strong familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements for US financial products.
• Experience building strong cross-functional partnerships with legal, operations, compliance, sales and business teams.
• A highly collaborative, team player mindset
• An entrepreneurial drive, with the creativity and initiative to deliver solutions to client demand and generate revenue.
• Strong risk management acumen and experience developing processes and control frameworks to ensure sustainable, risk-managed growth.
• A detail-oriented and highly organized method of working
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Although not a requirement, bonus points if:

• Ability to write scripts (e.g., Bash scripts, Python scripts) to automate manual processes and familiarity with Python for data manipulation and analysis
• You have a law degree and/or an advanced degree in Financial Engineering (or a related quantitative discipline).
• You’ve kept up to date with crypto derivatives strategies and defi ecosystem
