<p>We are launching a major Indigenous-led blockchain initiative aimed at advancing economic empowerment and digital inclusion. Our platform will utilize a custom token architecture and integrate community tools including NFTs and digital marketplaces.</p><p>We are seeking a skilled <strong>Solidity developer</strong> to help us:</p><ul><li>Build and deploy ERC-20 token contracts using OpenZeppelin</li><li>Implement features such as:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Minting</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Admin controls (pause, mint, burn, etc.)</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Secure token allocations (vesting logic)</li><li>Deploy contracts to Ethereum mainnet or an L2 (e.g., Polygon, Base)</li><li>Assist in configuring secure multisig wallets (e.g., Gnosis Safe)</li></ul><p><strong>Must Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Solidity</li><li>Experience with OpenZeppelin ERC-20 contracts</li><li>Familiarity with Remix, Hardhat, or Foundry</li><li>GitHub or portfolio of previous smart contract work</li></ul><p><strong>Bonus:</strong></p><ul><li>Frontend skills (React + Ethers.js or Web3.js)</li><li>Familiarity with DAO/NFT/token governance patterns</li></ul><p>We are funded and ready to move quickly — <strong>hiring this week</strong>.</p><p>Alignment with Indigenous values and social impact work is a strong asset.</p>

Blockchain Dev for Canadian Indigenous Project

<p>Our crypto wallet is used by millions of people and provides a single, convenient solution for managing all your accounts and tokens across Solana, Ethereum, and Polygon. As a frontend engineer at Phantom you’ll be doing everything from creating delightful user experiences, contributing to cross-platform client infrastructure, and crafting web3 developer SDKs. <p>This role is fully remote; however, we’re only open to candidates based in US and EU time zones. Currently, Phantom cannot support employees from the following countries and continents: Russia, Pakistan, Ukraine, Asia, Oceania, and Africa.</p>

<li><strong>Feature development:</strong> You will be owning features on our web platforms – currently the <a href="https://phantom.app/download" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc" target="_blank">Phantom Extension</a> and our website.</li>
<li><strong>New initiatives and products:</strong> You will be leading initiatives to add support for other blockchains to Phantom, and to launch new complementary products or infrastructure.</li>
<li><strong>Interfacing with users:</strong> You will be interfacing directly with end-users and developers building on Phantom – supporting them and collecting feedback to inform the direction of the product.</li>
<li><strong>Team building:</strong> You will be working with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.</li>

<li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience</li>
<li>5+ years full-time software engineering experience with some of the following technologies:
