Who You Are:
You’re a benefits whiz with a passion for helping employees make the most of their perks! As our Benefits Analyst, you'll be the go-to expert in optimizing and managing Galaxy’s benefits and time-off programs. You thrive on data, love problem-solving, and enjoy making complex benefits processes feel seamless.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep our benefits and leave programs running smoothly—handling the day-to-day details like a pro
- Manage system configurations and integrations, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine
- Dive into data audits to keep records pristine, aligned with payroll/HR systems, and 100% compliant
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure our employees get top-notch benefits service
- Stay ahead of the curve on benefits trends and legislative changes—because knowledge is power
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in benefits, finance, or consulting (bonus points for HR or benefits admin experience!)
- Advanced Excel skills—you know spreadsheets like the back of your hand
- Tech-savvy and excited by data, details, and efficiency
- A quick learner who can master benefits admin and HR software with ease
- A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor’s degree required
