Frontend / Fullstack Engineer

Role Description:
We are looking for a REMOTE Front-end developer that possesses strong experience with React, Javascript, CSS and HTML. As a Front-end developer, you will be involved in various aspects of the development process, from concept to the finished product. These tasks will include building the user-centered part of the d-app,testing, and developing a software pipeline. The ideal candidate should have experience with multi-layer applications, fast-paced deployment, and a good understanding of the DeFi industry as a whole. Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

Front-End Developer

We are looking for a REMOTE Solidity Developer that possesses strong experience with Smart Contracts, Solidity, and Blockchain protocols. As a Solidity Developer, you will be involved in various aspects of the development process, from concept to finished product. These tasks will include writing smart contracts, QA testing, and developing a software pipeline. The ideal candidate should have experience with designing the mechanics of a DeFi protocol, d-apps deployment, building dependent systems and a solid understanding of the DeFi industry as a whole. Be at the forefront of insurance technology and create the decentralized coverage infrastructure of the future.

Requirements:
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">2-3 years of experience of using smart contracts and Ethereum Virtual Machine blockchains in production.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Robust understanding of leading blockchains, token standards, NFTs and major DeFi protocols.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Prior experience with integration of AMM or popular lending protocols.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Understanding of security in smart contract design.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Understanding of blockchain data structures.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Deep practical knowledge of security best practices and code static analysers.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Proficiency with truffle framework (hardhat is a plus).</li>

Solidity Developer

<h3>What Will You Do?</h3>
You will be part of Kleros’ software development team, working closely with the team on open source code. You will develop front ends that bring Kleros to life: write code, participate in code reviews, conduct tests and work with our designers to create clean interfaces.
At Kleros we develop many Decentralized Applications (DApps). You will work on core Kleros products like Court, as well as the many peripheral applications we build that interact with Kleros.
The blockchain is the source of truth for all of our applications so a lot of the heavy lifting is done in our front end interfaces. You will be working with large volumes of data and problem solving to make the asynchronous nature of the blockchain feel smooth and user friendly.
There are also opportunities to get involved with smart contract development and product development.
The Ethereum ecosystem is innovating quickly; so above all, you will be learning new things all the time.
Some of the responsibilities include:

<li>Front-end development using Javascript, Typescript, React and EthersJS.</li>
<li>Build fully functional DApps that interact with the Ethereum blockchain and Kleros Court.</li>
<li>Take part in the design process and user testing.</li>
<li>Taking responsibility for improving and maintaining existing projects.</li>
</ul>
A previous blockchain experience is not necessarily required but candidates should be able to demonstrate a blockchain interest (read blog posts / scientific articles, tried dapps on mainnets or testnets).
