About Web3 Social Media TeamReporting into the MENA & South Asia team, this role will involve execution and strategy work to support Binance’s Web3 initiatives. Managing the Binance regional social media accounts will be the top priority, alongside working with the social media manager to support priority Web3 initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and engaging with the Binance MENA community across various platforms, including social media, forums, and other online communities.
• Help create and curate content for community posts and other communication channels.
• Assist in planning and executing community events, both virtual and in-person, including webinars, meetups, and other community events and workshops.
• Monitor community feedback and sentiment, and report insights to the Community Lead to help improve our products and services.
• Track and analyze community engagement metrics to measure the success of community initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the management of the Binance Angels program and coordinate collaboration between Angels and the Binance team.
• Provide support to community members by answering questions, addressing concerns, and escalating issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or graduated from Bachelors in Marketing or other relevant fields.
• Native-level fluency in English and Arabic.
• Native-level fluency in French is a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of the crypto market, on-going trends and Binance’s product suite.
• [Preferred] Plugged in to crypto twitter and communities (Telegram, Discord) - aware of current meta, key players, sentiments, trends, etc Strong writing and copywriting skills.
• Demonstrate a clear and concise style of communication.
• Experience in content creation and social media management (including for personal means).
• Experience in digital marketing or social media related roles for brands is a huge plus.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, resistant to stress, self-motivated and results oriented.
• Remote and start-up experience is a plus.
