Overview Kleros is a decentralized dispute resolution protocol leveraging blockchain technology to revolutionize dispute resolution across global industries. The platform serves as a decentralized third party capable of rendering decisions across various domains such as small claims, insurance, e-commerce, finance, freelancing, token listings, content moderation, intellectual property, and more. We are expanding our efforts in the Latin American region and are looking for someone to grow enterprise usage of Kleros in Mexico, working with platforms, companies and government bodies interested in integrating decentralized dispute resolution via smart contracts or hybrid systems.
Position Summary As Business Developer for Enterprise Integrations you will spearhead Klerosâ engagement with enterprise customers â focusing primarily on Mexico, while also supporting business development efforts across other Spanish-speaking markets and, eventually, globally. Youâll identify and develop integration opportunities with private companies, public institutions, and platforms; negotiate and close deals; manage key relationships; coordinate cross-functional efforts (product, engineering, legal); and ensure the successful implementation of Kleros as a decentralized dispute resolution solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Strategy Map out the Mexican enterprise landscape: fintechs, e-commerce platforms, insurance companies, marketplaces, governmental / regulatory bodies etc. Identify key sectors with high potential for using decentralized arbitration/dispute resolution. Track legal, regulatory, and cultural environment around arbitration, contracts, dispute resolution in Mexico.
- Lead Generation & Business Development Prospect, outreach, and engage stakeholders who might benefit from integrating Kleros: enterprise technology teams, legal counsel, product leads. Pitch Kleros, explaining its value proposition (speed, cost, neutrality, decentralization) in enterprise-friendly terms. Perform public speaking activities at conferences to promote Kleros. Build a pipeline of potential partners and clients; manage sales cycles from discovery to closing.
- Partnerships & Integrations Work with potential partners to define integration models (smart contract-based arbitration, hybrid models, or traditional legal arbitration augmented by Kleros). Collaborate internally with product, engineering, and legal teams to scope what integrations will look like (technical, operational, compliance). Support pilots or proofs of concept and ensure successful roll outs.
- Operational Processes & Case Management Work hands-on with Klerosâ generic dispute resolution flow to understand operational dynamics and user experience. Collaborate with the Enterprise team to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements. Track and analyze cases resolved through integrations in Mexico (and nearby regions), identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for refinement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development / enterprise sales, especially in technology / blockchain / legal technologies or platforms.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of or experience with blockchain, smart contracts, or decentralized systems is a big plus.
- Familiarity with the Mexican legal / regulatory landscape, especially around contracts, arbitration, consumer protection, and/or fintech regulation.
- Ability to translate technical / protocol-level benefits into value propositions that resonate with enterprise legal, compliance, and product stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Strong organizational skills; able to coordinate across internal teams to deliver integrations.
Perks Most of the compensation (2/3) is labelled in fiat and paid in crypto. The remaining (1/3) is labelled in PNK vested over 3 years with a 1 year cliff ensuring you get a stake in the project. We are a cooperative, so as a worker you own part of the company and get voting rights. The position is remote and offers plenty of opportunities for travelling.
