We are looking for a Web 3 Venture Analyst. Graduating batch students and Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. We are looking for an analyst to research and report on prospective investment opportunities in Web3 covering verticals such as GameFi, Metaverse, SocialFi, Infrastructure, Defi, etc. The successful candidate will study how an investment is likely to perform and how sustainable it is and will have an active role in the decision-making process for prospective investments.

Responsibilities

  • Actively pitch and present investment opportunities to prospective clients in various time zones, understanding their unique business needs and aligning them with Web3 market trends and opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and maintain lasting relationships with clients, founders, and C-suite executives, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction while nurturing business partnerships.
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle: generate leads, schedule meetings, negotiate terms, and close deals, ensuring that every interaction is driven by value and results.
  • Develop and maintain a CRM system, ensuring all client interactions, deals, and relevant data are tracked, organized, and easily accessible to the team.
  • Analyze and compile data on Web3 projects, assessing their viability and potential to inform investment strategies that optimize the company’s portfolio.
  • Take a hands-on approach in the start-up environment, balancing administrative tasks, strategic planning, and sales execution as you contribute to the growth and success of the business.
  • This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a small, agile team.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome—experience is a bonus, but a genuine interest in Web3, crypto, and blockchain is a must.
  • Web3 native—you should have a solid understanding and passion for the space, keeping up with the latest trends and developments.
  • Organizational skills—you must be highly organized, able to keep track of multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Follow-through—we need someone who’s proactive and persistent (Full of Energy!!) when it comes to completing tasks and ensuring everything is on track.
  • Coachability—open to learning and improving, you’ll be working closely with others and should be receptive to feedback and guidance.
  • Analytical and admin skills—familiarity with tools like Excel and an understanding of numbers is key. Any experience in administrative or EA roles is a plus.
