ABOUT MOVIMENTUM:

Movimentum is the leading token marketing agency for content creation on CoinMarketCap, working with companies like Avalanche, Magic Eden, Sonic and many other projects. From the minds of two founders in 2023, the company has grown to over 30 members from all over the world in less than 2 years. Our mission is to make sure worthy tokens get the visibility, momentum, and the narrative they need to win.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take ownership of qualified leads handed over by the setting team and move them efficiently through the pipeline, by scheduling discovery calls.
  • Maintain rigorous follow-ups and touchpoints to convert warm opportunities into signed agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team in weekly syncs to refine strategies, share feedback on lead quality, and ensure alignment across the funnel.
  • Manage your schedule independently, leveraging time-blocking and CRM tools to stay on top of deals, deadlines, and pipeline priorities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be a proficient English speaker.
  • Must have at least 2 years of direct Business Development / Growth experience roles.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneur-like drive. You don’t wait to be told what to do, you hunt, learn, and close deals.
  • Past experience in closing sales is a big bonus, however we prioritise the right attitude and drive.
  • Not afraid to engage in mass cold DMs if that’s what it takes to get replies.
  • Commitment of at least 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines.
