Responsibilities

• Write and edit content and coordinate with content producers on relevant materials for the ecosystem
• Help to manage and organize internal communications between various departments 
• Create, promote, and entrench narratives within the Terra community to attract users and increase the adoption of the Terra network
• Run A/B experiments, analyze website data using Google Analytics, and generate dashboards or reports communicating actionable insights to key stakeholders
• Brainstorm novel growth strategies
• Gather community feedback in community channels and pass it to engineering for product improvements and real-time updates 
• Monitor research forums, social media, and other comms channels for important information
• Coordinate with PR/media relations partners to ideate and execute global communications and media strategies
• Lead social media management on multiple projects and collaborate on posts with third parties
• Help create educational content and resource foundations for the Terra community 
• Collaborate on research-related endeavors and complex problem-solving in a hyper-paced environment
• Work on large projects in the background outside of reflexive job requirements 

Requirements

• Proven background in written and well-researched content, including editing – bonus if you’re skilled with infographics and/or educational material 
• English proficiency, particularly in writing and communication skills within a diverse range of areas
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a role within a DeFi project or TradFi company
• Background in communications, marketing, content, research, or media relations/PR preferred
• Experience leveraging Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager to optimize performance on websites or applications
• Degen mindset – ambitious, motivated, and able to move quickly – adapting to changing scenarios effectively
• Capable of working non-traditional hours for global coordination with third parties
• Certified #LUNAtic
