What you’ll do:
- Work alongside our social media manager to plan and execute KRNL’s social calendar and help grow our presence across platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
- Monitor and engage in community discussions (primarily on Discord), develop a pipeline to retain new members, keeping conversations active and managing the admin team.
- Plan and host both online IRL events, collaborating with internal teams to cultivate a unique and engaged community. This includes running AMAs and gathering user insights through product and service surveys.
- Stay ahead of crypto trends, track emerging platforms, and analyze community sentiment to refine how KRNL connects with its audience. Share insights on market trends, memes, and crypto culture while collecting valuable user feedback.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on campaign objectives, troubleshoot issues, and drive impactful initiatives.
- Propose creative strategies to amplify KRNL’s presence, enhance community engagement, and deliver measurable results.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a Web3 community manager role.
- Previous experience with key social media channels (Twitter, Discord, Telegram).
- Substack and LinkedIn experience are considered a bonus.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain related terminologies, trends, and crypto sub-cultures.
- Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
