Community Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage PixelRealm’s community daily operations.
• Moderate PixelRealm’s community channels and chat groups and interact with the community to increase engagement.
• Explore new community-friendly platforms and groups to facilitate the expansion of PixelRelam’s local user base and influence.
• Collaborate with operations and product team to manage community questions.
• Provide user feedback and market insights.
• Advocate for PixelRealm's brand values both within the company and in the wider community.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in community management
• Proven background in customer support, community management or marketing fields.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• The capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Openness to travel as necessary for the role.
