Content Writer

NEAR Foundation is hiring a Content Writer.  Our Content Writer will conceptualize, write, and edit clear, thoughtful, and inspiring product and technical content. Working closely with both NEAR Foundation and Pagoda, they will create content for a range of mediums from product one pagers, and technical explainers, to blog posts, video scripts, and community focused content.

You will:

• Partner with the marketing, community, product, and DevRel teams to understand audience needs and personas
• Have regular meetings with the product and development teams to ensure a deep knowledge of current and upcoming products
• Build a pipeline of engaging, high-quality product and technical content across multiple channels
• Write on brand blogs, scripts, SM posts, community content, one pagers, and sales materials
• Provide editorial support for the marketing team and the broader teams across NF and Pagoda
• Ensure all product and technical content is on brand, in the correct voice, and inline with our editorial guidelines

You should apply if you have:

• 3+ years of professional experience in writing blogs, scripts, sales materials, and web copy
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• The ability to take complex concepts and make them relatable to a broad range of audiences
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across countries, and time-zones.
• Self-motivated, driven and able to get projects done on time in the face of tight deadlines
• A sense of humor and a true love of the written word
• Willing to travel internationally for team offsites and/or conferences.
• Ability to work with a global remote team and can be flexible to attend meetings to accommodate the global team.
