Creative Content Manager (Greater China)

Responsibilities

• Generate stimulating and refreshing content for social media platforms (eg Youtube, Tiktok, X).
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).
• Launch, manage and host community campaigns (AMAs, polls, live streams, giveaways).
• Engage with social media followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Actively follow latest crypto topics and trends on Reddit, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X.
• Curate the social media feed of the company's main social platforms according to market trends.
• Monitor KPIs, traffic metrics, and community growth and engagement.
• Handle marketing communication tasks.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Must be social media savvy and able to grasp market trends, come up with appropriate strategies to cater to the market demands.
• Experience in filming, editing and posting both short and long form videos.
• Experience in graphic or motion design is a strong plus.
• Experience in content creation is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including key players, trends, technologies, and regulatory environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, in addition to being an expert problem-solver.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility to adapt to a constantly evolving industry, staying informed of new trends and developments that could shape the future of content creation in the crypto space.
