Crypto Community Manager
Company: Stealth-Mode Startup
Location: Remote (U.S. strongly preferred)
Compensation: Initial equity plus $2,000–$3,000/month to be increased upon funding (expected within ~10–12 weeks)
About the Role
ArcFive is an early-stage Web3 startup on a mission to redefine accountability and reputation in crypto. We're seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Crypto Community Manager to lead our community efforts, foster engagement, and help drive growth across crypto-focused social channels (Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, Reddit).
What You'll Do
- Launch, manage, and moderate vibrant community channels (Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, Reddit).
- Actively engage community members daily—respond to questions, stimulate discussions, and build enthusiasm.
- Craft, coordinate, and execute strategies to grow and maintain a highly engaged crypto community.
- Identify, connect, and nurture relationships with crypto influencers, thought leaders, and industry partners.
- Monitor community sentiment, deliver weekly updates on community growth, and proactively suggest improvements.
🛠 We're Looking For
- Previous experience successfully managing crypto or blockchain communities (Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Twitter/X, etc.).
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, Web3, and crypto culture.
- Exceptional communication skills, empathy, creativity, and a genuine passion for community building.
- Comfort initially accepting equity-based compensation, transitioning to competitive monthly salary post-funding/revenue.
