Maxbid is looking for a sharp, curious, and proactive person to join our team as a Customer Support & QA Specialist.

What you'll be doing:

- Helping users with trading-related issues and questions

- Testing and giving feedback on new platform features

- Communicating clearly with both users and the team

- Spotting bugs, edge cases, and ways we can improve

Must have:

- Currently studying Software Engineering, Computer Science, or taking Blockchain-related courses

- Comfortable using DeFi platforms, or curious enough to learn fast

- Basic understanding of how blockchain and smart contracts work

What would be cool:

- Any experience in DeFi or with on-chain platforms

- If you’re trading daily, or have used Perps, DEXs, and other DeFi tools

- You speak multiple languages (not required but nice to have)

- Comfortable jumping into a Telegram chat or support thread and helping someone figure things out

What we care about:

- You’re resourceful and independent

- You care about user experience and accuracy

- You want to grow with us and shape a product people love

This also can be a full-time role or not an internship if your experience is a perfect match.
