This outbound position requires deep industry knowledge about DeFi trends and the ability to forge significant partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Create and pursue top of funnel approaches to finding DeFi projects and founders (present and upcoming).
- Narrative building and sharing the vision for Sei DeFi with prospective founders.
- Ensure DeFi teams find success in the Sei Ecosystem (TVL, user metrics, retention, and differentiating factors from other ecosystems).
- Develop and share tailored launch plans for founders ready to start building on Sei.Â
- Work with new partners to engage in GTM community building.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in a DeFi focused business development role.
- Deep understanding crypto market dynamics, how to work with DeFi teams, and resources required for a smooth GTM and onboarding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust network within the crypto space, especially in the DeFi sector.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
