You will lead the charge to source, craft, and secure bespoke deals across web3 gaming globally.  You’ll focus on Immutable’s interactions with complements (direct and indirect), regional platforms (market entry), and tangential market players (emerging and legacy) to web3 gaming.  In the fast-moving world of web3, you must drive relentlessly, thrive in ambiguity, and learn quickly.  You should have the experience and instinct to structure transformational deals “in the moment” that maximise returns and minimise operational impact.You should have a proven track record of structuring bespoke transformational deals in a fast-paced environment.  This may be through roles such as strategic alliances, partnerships, ecosystem, M&A, or hyper-growth SaaS.  You must have a passion for web3 gaming, crypto, and/or digital asset ownership through NFTs.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮

• Define and secure alliance partners who will use the Immutable platform (infra and/or apps) in their offerings and benefit from Immutable’s content, communities, and platform capabilities
• Partner with Business Development, Product, Solutions Engineering, and C-suite exec to prioritise alliance pursuit efforts (e.g., by market, by capability, by opportunity size)
• Support other Partnership leads (ecosystem partnerships, product partnerships, channel partners); leverage for intelligence (tech, eco, gaming) and consult/advise them on their deal mechanics

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝

• 7 + years experience in a similar role. Eg: strategic alliances, partnerships, ecosystem, M&A, etc
• Bespoke deals experience – sourced, drove, and/or led it to completion
• Extensive experience collaborating with executives, internally and externally
• Self-driver/enlister of leverage – this role must both lead and do the work of deals
• Proven track record structuring bespoke transformational deals in a fast-paced environment
