The Term Structure team is dedicated to creating a term structure of interest rates as a fundamental infrastructure in DeFi. The "term structure", or a market-generated yield curve, can derive various financial products. With this foundation, the team will then provide a full range of hedging instruments for both DeFi users and TradFi institutions to facilitate transactions in both bull and bear markets. Term Structure's ultimate goal is to empower people worldwide to earn future revenue streams through tokenized real-world assets (RWA) and benefit from the real economy more equally and easily than ever before.
Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Social Media Moderator to operate and manage our Simplified Chinese on WeChat, Discord, and and English community on Discord, Telegram and other social media. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain and enjoys engaging with DeFi communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and cultivate our Chinese-speaking community on social media.
- Maintaining open communication with the community, quickly responding to questions.
- Promptly answer questions from community members and initiate topics to stimulate discussions.
- Create and sustain engaging topics to enhance community activity and member interaction.
- Monitor community dynamics, maintain order within the community, and ensure a healthy and harmonious discussion environment.
- Regularly communicate with the team to provide feedback, suggestions, and insights from the community.
Requirements:
- Native Chinese speaker (must have)
- Good English proficiency.
- A strong interest and passion for the field of cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
- Basic knowledge and experience in DeFi.
- Experience in managing Discord, Telegram and WeChat communities and familiarity with community operation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese, with the ability to clearly articulate and effectively guide community discussions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve community issues swiftly and effectively.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) for handling various community-related challenges.
- Ability to work during Asian time zones to ensure alignment with the community's peak activity periods.
