The ideal candidate is a competent, hard-working team player who will play a critical role in partnership building, client acquisition, event planning and sales network expansion. Responsibilities● Explore, research, and identify new business and partnership opportunities, devising plans to engage with relevant parties and drive business growth.● Develop relationships with stakeholders and projects globally, sourcing leads and closing deals for current and future growth programs.● Create content and strategies to promote Mind Network products and expand Mind Network's presence in the global market.● Identify and collaborate with influencers and communities, engaging in activities such as AMAs, co-promotions, and publications.● Develop and implement an attribution strategy to effectively measure success across multiple channels.● Support the product and tech team by providing market feedback for product development.
Qualifications● Minimum of 2 years of experience in web3 growth,marketing, sales, or business development roles and 5+ years of experience in technology product sales.● Experience in developing and executing growth-focused strategies in a fast-paced startup environment.● Proficient knowledge of web3 and blockchain, with a demonstrated interest in cryptocurrencies. Knowledge of privacy computing and encryption techniques is a plus.● Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging executive stakeholders and representing Mind Network at public events.● Excellent English language abilities, both spoken and written. Native English speakers are preferred.
