OpenSea is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to perform a variety of clerical, administrative, and operational tasks in support of two executive level managers. Responsibilities in this position will be wide ranging, and will primarily encompass, but will not be limited to, supporting senior leadership with calendar management, administrative tasks, internal and external communications, and other day-to-day operational duties. The ideal candidate will have outstanding time management skills, professional communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency. These characteristics are essential in the role, as this position will support the senior leadership team in a fast-paced environment spanning multiple time zones. This position is partially remote - with an expectation to be present in the San Francisco office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and for certain in-person events.

Responsibilities

    • Maintain calendars and assist with meeting scheduling and calendar management
    • Assist in creating meeting agendas and take meeting minutes
    • Communicate with internal and external partners on behalf of Senior Leadership
    • Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics
    • Assist in planning of professional events, off-sites, and conferences
    • Assist in execution of ongoing projects, such as team budgeting/vendor management
    • Assist San Francisco office manager with in-office events, as needed

Desired Experience

    • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role; start-up or remote environment experience preferred
    • Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate executive needs
    • Ability to work efficiently with little direction
    • Poise under pressure, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Master multi-tasker; capable of coordinating multiple executive calendars
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and G Suite
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with an optimistic approach to work and life
    • High level of professional integrity and confidentiality

The base salary for this full-time position, which spans across multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $100,000 to $165,000 plus benefits & equity.
