We make it easy for users to earn 3-8%  in cryptoback in our native token, Pluton (PLU). Unlike other products on the market, we believe in a non-custodial approach to crypto - our users are always the ones holding their crypto and private keys.

The company is based in the UK and operates in the UK (GBP)  & EEA (EUR). 

We are seeking a dedicated Fraud Analyst to join our team during a crucial period of growth. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the integrity of our rewards system by meticulously auditing and monitoring transactions, rewards, and account activities to identify and address any signs of abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits of transactions, rewards, and account activities to detect fraudulent patterns or abuse.
  • Utilize advanced analysis tools and methodologies to track and investigate suspicious activities.
  • Coordinate closely with Customer Service and Compliance teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future occurrences of abuse.
  • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, highlighting issues and recommending solutions.
  • Utilize Zendesk ticketing system for efficient communication and case management.
  • Employ Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira Software) and GSuite for documentation, knowledge sharing, and reporting on audit outcomes.
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant internal or external parties, ensuring comprehensive tracking and resolution.
  • Participate in the development and refinement of policies and procedures to enhance the security and integrity of the rewards system.
  • Other Compliance supportive tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, focusing on fraud detection, audit, or security analysis, preferably within the rewards system or related fields.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and anomalies in data.
    • Excellent communication in English language, both written and verbal.
    • Proficient using GSuite, Google Sheets in particular.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Residency in the EEA or UK is required, but this is a fully remote job.
  • Proficiency in using Zendesk and cryptocurrency and blockchain technology knowledge is an advantage.
