Job Summary:

We are seeking a Growth Marketing to help drive the growth and visibility of Seer’s prediction market platform. This is a dynamic, multifaceted role that will involve crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns, building community, and fostering brand awareness. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, adept at guerrilla marketing, fluent in memetics, and capable of driving engagement through X (Twitter) and other online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
• Design and implement marketing strategies tailored for Seer’s audience, incorporating social media, digital content, guerrilla marketing, and community engagement.
• Identify and analyze emerging trends and user behavior on social media platforms to stay ahead of the curve.
• Guerrilla Marketing:
• Lead guerrilla marketing campaigns that capture attention and spark viral conversations, especially within internet communities and Twitter trends.
• Leverage real-time events and current trends to create buzz around Seer, with a particular focus on building organic, grassroots engagement.
• Content Creation & Memetics:
• Craft creative content that resonates with our audience, including blog posts, social media posts, memes, and more.
• Be fluent in meme culture, using humor and relatability to create viral content that educates and entertains the Seer community.
• Break down complex prediction market concepts into simple, digestible content for broad audiences.
• Community Building:
• Engage directly with Seer’s community on social media platforms, forums, and other online spaces to cultivate discussions and build brand loyalty.
• Manage assistants in their handling of day to day community management.
• Foster organic engagement, encourage user-generated content, and build a sense of community around Seer.
• Social Media & Trend Monitoring:
• Be actively involved in Twitter and other platforms to stay updated on trends, discussions, and memes relevant to the prediction market space.
• Implement strategies to increase Seer’s visibility and grow its following on Twitter through timely, relevant posts.
• Funnel optimization
• Handle and optimize a paid acquisition budget (ads or referal).
• Optimise conversion at each step of funnel acquisition.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor the performance of all marketing campaigns, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, user acquisition, and viral growth.
• Use insights to refine future campaigns and maximize ROI.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing with a focus on social media, community building, and guerrilla marketing.
• A deep understanding of Twitter culture and current trends, especially within the crypto, prediction markets, and internet communities.
• Proficiency in meme culture and ability to craft viral content that aligns with Seer’s brand voice.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
• A creative, analytical, and hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Knowledge of prediction markets and a passion for innovation, crypto, decentralization and new forms of decision-making.
• Quick thinker who can adapt to emerging trends and take advantage of real-time marketing opportunities.
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage diverse online communities.
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving initiatives independently.

• Most of the compensation (2/3) is labelled in fiat and paid in crypto.
• The remaining (1/3) is labelled in Seer One tokens vested over 3 years with a 1 year cliff ensuring you get a stake in the project. (before the token is live, it’d be labelled in USD but converted into tokens when tokens are released).
