Local Manager (CIS) - User Growth

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain relationships with affiliates and KOLs, onboarding and supporting them to drive growth
• Structuring, managing and growing our social & community channels as appropriate to market (i.e. Twitter, Telegram, Discord).
• Moderate local forums, social platforms and chat groups to interact with the community and increase positive engagement. 
• Work with global marketing to localize relevant campaigns in service of user growth.
• Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns to local audiences.
• Monitor /campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever-improving efficacy and user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in an affiliate marketing, partnerships or community marketing role.
• Passion for crypto/blockchain and in-depth knowledge of the local blockchain community.
• Experience in maintaining local social media and community channels, including driving channel growth, creating engaging content, data analysis and community moderation.
• Experience managing influencers, KOLs.
• High sense of ownership, self-driven and innovative thinking.
• Fluency in written & spoken Russian & English.
• Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Effective sales and negotiation skills.
• Driven and results-orientated.
